I always visit the site of Zalora Philippines (zalora.com.ph) . One day, they have this flash sale of 15% so i grabbed this to purchase two pairs of flats. one scarlet innea flats and one sanuk shorty. They also offer a 250php worth of voucher when you subscribe in their newsletter. they will send you a code which you can use when you checkout your order for the first time.

Before placing my orders I sent a message to their facebook page about the size conversion of the sanuk shorty since i don't know my US shoe size (i just know the EUR size). They gave me a link and here's what's there:

It was clearly indicated that for women, US size 10 is equivalent to EUR size 40. So i proceeded to checkout right away. Im so happy because i saved a lot. However, upon receipt of the item, I found out that it is actually EUR 41 and not 40. Yes the size conversion is indicated on the tag. Why they did not check it so they could've provided me the accurate answer? i dont know. Maybe they are just lazy of gettin their ass off the chair and look for that damn item. so it's too big for me. I returned the item immediately and asked them to have it replaced with a size 9 instead. They said that the product is already out of stock and that they  have no idea of when it will be re-stocked blah blah blah..

They gave me a store credit. it is a code that i can use upon checkout. yes, they just want me to purchase other products. the amount for the store credit of course is the same to the amount i paid for the sanuk shorty. Problem is, i dont want any of their products.

I keep on sending them messages for updates about my order but still no assurance if i'll still get it or what.

It's been two months now and i still dont have the item that i want. And my money is sleeping soundly in their pockets. Damn!
